Data can be viewed in absolute value or as a percentage of the previous year or the selected base year. Selection of base year is done by clicking on the year, then the down arrow found on the side of the cell at the upper left side of the table.

The data can be found as a percentage of the previous year or the selected year. Selection of base year is done by clicking on the year, then the down arrow found on the side of the cell at the upper left side of the table.
